Your Footage
This is the part that matters most. Your tapes contain personal, irreplaceable family moments, and we treat them accordingly.
- We do not watch your footage. We check the first and last few seconds of each tape to trim static and confirm the capture is clean. Beyond that, our display screens are turned off during digitisation. Your family's private moments stay private.
- We do not copy, share, publish, or retain your footage for any purpose beyond completing your order and quality checking.
- Your digital files are held temporarily on our systems during processing and for up to 30 days after delivery to allow you time to download them. After that period, your files are permanently deleted from our systems.
- Your original tapes are returned to you with every order. We never retain your physical media.
